Admetus

I went to see the Cats 2013 tour last weekend and have been re-bitten by the bug. I've always wanted to do a proper Jellicle cosplay since I went to the London Expo but I have no idea if that will ever happen so I figured, hey I have a long Summer lets make this my project. So I'm aiming to work through (most) of the Jellicle's makeup.
I fell in love with Admetus during the play, the actor was fantastic. In the Opening number everyone else was all prim and proper and he was washing behind his ears, it was adorable. So he's the first I'm doing.
I know he and Plato are often the same cat but I'm going to do separate designs for them, but make them look similar, kind of like brothers maybe?
I combined a few different designs for this one, because I couldn't get a decent reference except the film version and no other Admetus looks like that... So I made up my own, keeping most of the features where possible, like the spiky eyebrows and wide ginger patches on the cheeks and the star like eyeliner. Then I added the eye shadow, with the white lid and red crease and the pointed edges of the mouth along with other bits.
I used bronzer to do the patches as I found it gave a much better application and I just prefer the appearance. It does go down under my jaw to join up the cheeks and chin but it doesn't show up quite.

Fun fact: I had to do this twice because the first time I missed the eyeliner out.
